Leadership Team
Driving Innovation, Strategy & Healthcare Excellence
A medical graduate from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, Dr. Advani brings over 35 years of experience spanning medicine, business leadership and healthcare innovation. After completing General Surgery, he strengthened his strategic acumen through advanced qualifications in management and finance.
He has held senior leadership roles with GE Medical Systems, Siemens (CEO – Healthcare Diagnostics), Transasia Bio-Medicals (President), Aesculap B. Braun (Country Head) and Getinge Maquet Arjo India (Managing Director).
In 2021, he founded HapSun Medical Solutions, focusing on healthcare IT, hospital infrastructure planning, workflow-based clinical design, equipment procurement and turnkey healthcare execution.
With more than 46 years of critical experience in medical devices and hospital infrastructure, Mr. Raghavendran is a veteran of the healthcare technology industry.
He spent over three decades with Siemens in senior leadership roles. Post-retirement, he contributed to Trivitron and various consulting engagements before joining HapSun Medical Solutions.
He leads strategic planning and procurement for medical devices and healthcare IT systems.
Arfat brings over 8 years of experience in medical devices, hospital project management and infrastructure planning. He has worked with GE Healthcare, Trimed Solutions (BMC Hospitals) and Air Liquide.
He has successfully led installations of Modular OTs & ICUs, Nurse Call Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems and MGPS Systems.
His expertise spans vendor coordination, procurement strategy, MEP planning and equipment maintenance ensuring operational excellence.
With over 30 years of experience in biomedical engineering and hospital infrastructure planning, Manish specializes in critical care, ventilation, anesthesia and patient monitoring.
He has worked with Draeger Medical, Schiller India, Getinge / Maquet, Hamilton Medical and Mindray in technical and service leadership roles.
He plays a key role in infrastructure design, ICU planning and medical gas pipeline systems implementation.
